Registration Information

We encourage you to register prior to the Meeting.

Pre-registered delegates should present Confirmation of Registration to avoid any unnecessary delays. All delegates must check-in at the Registration Desk.

Delegates will receive Congress materials, including a Congress badge, which permits entrance to all sessions. Other delegate entitlements include teas, coffees and lunches, conference bag and materials, congress dinner, opening ceremony reception, admission to the trade exhibition, telematch, and shopping tours.

Exhibitors must present a personalized business card for each person requiring a badge for their company.

 
 

Badges
Everyone who attends WENMISS 2008 must register. Badges are required for entrance to the General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, Breakout Sessions and Opening Ceremony.

Discounted Registrations
Residents, fellows, nurses, graduate students, physician's assistants must bring a letter from their supervisor or head of department to qualify for the discounted rates

Accompanying Person
Accompanying Persons are welcome to visit the Exhibition Area, to join the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Congress Dinner. Entrance to General Scientific Sessions is not included.

Cancellation Policy
50% Refund will be granted to delegates unable to attend provided written notice is received at the Secretariat by 15th November 2007. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Meeting.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15th November 2007.

WENMISS Course and Workshop
This year WENMISS will be offering delegates the opportunity to attend our WENMISS Course and Workshop. All sessions will be hands-on and highly popular so early booking is advised.

The WENMISS Course and Workshop will be conducted on 12th Jan 2008 and the cost is
£50 per delegate.
